IDEA Services 100 th Certificate Issued.
IDEA Services recently issued their 100th certificate through
their public access courses to Karen Kerr of the Griffon Bank
on completing the Effective Personal Leadership Award.
Karen said “I applied some of the techniques learnt with immediate
results, I defiantly impressed our client.”
Karen had also attended the Managing Customer Relations Award
last year.
Red Cross Training CD Completed
IDEA Services are pleased to announce that it has completed its First Aid training CD for the Dominica Red Cross. This has PowerPoint Presentations, Course Documentation, Lesson Guides, video, etc. Keith Comley says “It is hoped that all Red Cross Trainers now can deliver standardised training, this is a quantum leap in standardisation and delivering a professional approach our training”
Arrangement Agreed between Caribbean Sea View Holiday Apartments and IDEA Services
IDEA Services are now providing management services to Caribbean sea View Holiday Apartments. During the next 6 months IDEA Services are providing a complete management service to CSVHA.
